William E. Smith III is an independent consultant supporting clients with expertise in capital planning, project management, modular design and construction, and manufacturing simplification and productivity improvement. Smith recently retired from Eli Lilly & Co. as Vice President of Global Corporate and Manufacturing services after a thirty three year career that included leadership positions in Capital Planning, Capital Projects Delivery, Process Engineering, Maintenance Engineering, Supply Chain Operations, Purchasing, Business Unit Leadership, and Environmental Health and Safety. Additionally, Smith was an early proponent and leader in adopting modular construction methods to building pharmaceutical facilities, and in creating high performance teams of owners, engineers, and contractors. Currently he is assisting multiple clients to reach their speed, productivity, and cost reduction goals.

Magnus Moliteus is a consultant to the healthcare industry and Chairman of COM Consulting Inc., a privately held firm, which enhances Swedish-American relations particularly between health care companies. From 1995 to 2001, when he became a full-time consultant, Mr. Moliteus served as Executive Director of Invest in Sweden Agency, U.S., a Swedish government agency. From 1977 to 1990, he was Chief Executive Officer of Pharmacia, Inc. (now owned by Pfizer, Inc.), and from 1990 to 1995 he was Chief Executive Officer of Procordia US, Inc. Mr. Moliteus served as Chairman of the Swedish-American Chamber of Commerce, Inc. between 1988 and 1991, and remains an honorary director. He is currently a member of the Board of Dusa Pharmaceutical, Inc. and the Advisory Board of e-pill, LLC.
